
Nicole earned her Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner licensure through Chamberlain University and is currently completing her Doctorate in Nursing and Education.
She is also a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Her experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, where she has cared for diverse populations including emergency, intensive care, medical-surgical, correctional, and psychiatric patients. These experiences have strengthened her understanding of the critical connection between mental health, physical health, and overall well-being.

Beth Kirby is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University and a Bachelor of Nursing from Aurora University. Her extensive background spans nursing home care, emergency care, inpatient care, ICU care, and community health. Beth is devoted to providing patient-centered care based on evidence and focuses on addressing each individual's comprehensive needs, including psychological and social well-being. In addition to traditional medicine techniques, she incorporates non-pharmaceutical options, holistic approaches, and comprehensive alternative treatments to ensure the best overall care for each patient. Beth is dedicated to patient advocacy, ongoing education, and serving the community.

Alexzandra Fries is the dedicated Practice Manager who keeps every part of the office running smoothly. From coordinating daily operations to answering calls, rooming patients, and managing paperwork and insurance, she plays a vital role in ensuring each patient has a seamless and positive experience. Alexzandra also serves as a nursing assistant, working closely with patients to address their needs with care, efficiency, and compassion.
Known for her ability to handle challenges with professionalism and warmth, Alexzandra is often the first point of contact for patients and the person they rely on throughout their visit. She takes pride in resolving patient concerns, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and supporting both the clinical team and the individuals they serve.
Outside of the office, Alexzandra enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially outdoors. Whether it’s exploring nature or simply enjoying time together, family is at the center of her life. Her genuine passion for helping people shines through in everything she does, making her an invaluable part of the practice and a trusted support for every patient who walks through the door.

Brianna Wicinski is a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Nursing degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from Chamberlain University and Psychiatric Specialty Certification from Liberty University.
As a nurse practitioner, Brianna is skilled in providing personalized and comprehensive healthcare management, including both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical approaches, to individuals seeking psychiatric and medical care. In both her professional and personal lives, Brianna values empathy, supportiveness, and utilizes her strengths in these areas to build a therapeutic relationship with her patients that is built on trust, connection, and professional collaboration.
